Privacy notice

We process personal data transparently, only where necessary and for clearly defined purposes.

2. Data we process

Depending on the service used, we may process your name, email, telephone, company, message or enquiry, selected area of interest, appointment details and technical information necessary for secure operation. Website analytics data is processed only after consent.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • handling enquiries, bookings and pre-contractual steps;
  • follow-up communication and protection of legal claims based on legitimate interests;
  • website security and operation based on legitimate interests;
  • Google Analytics traffic measurement based solely on consent.

4. Retention

Enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last communication and booking information for up to 12 months after the meeting, unless longer retention is necessary for a contract or legal claims. Your cookie choice is retained by your browser for up to 12 months. Google Analytics data will be set to a 14-month retention period.

5. Recipients and processors

Service providers may include Google Cloud/Firebase (hosting, database, storage and authentication), Resend (transactional email) and, after consent, Google Analytics. Information is shared with a professional partner only where you request such a service or where necessary to handle your brief.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, in particular an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Contact info@petra-zelena.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. We do not conduct automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
